Advertising

The rate for full page ad insertion in the RIAC Journal for four consecutive editions, published on a quarterly basis is $2000 US per edition. (Copy can be changed for each edition.) Only the full page option is offered at this time.

Space is limited. Please contact the RIAC for space availability.

Circulation:
The RIAC Journal has a world-wide circulation of over 25,000 copies. Surveys indicate that about three individuals read each copy distributed making total readership over 60,000. Readers include program managers, designers and reliability, maintainability and quality professionals.

The RIAC Journal is also distributed at four to six professional symposiums and conferences each year. In the past these have included:
  • International Reliability and Maintainability Symposium (RAMS)
  • Annual Quality Congress
  • Joint NASA/FAA/DoD Conference on Aging Aircraft
  • International Applied Reliability Symposium
  • Society of Logistics Engineers Symposium (SOLE)
  • Conference on Quality in the Space and Defense Industries
  • Medical Design and Manufacturing
Mechanical Requirements:
The RIAC must be provided with camera-ready art sized at 7" X 9¾" (w x h) for full page ad and must be received by:
1st Quarter - 15 January
2nd Quarter - 15 April
3rd Quarter - 15 July
4th Quarter - 15 October

Payment:
The RIAC must receive pre-payment prior to placement of advertisement. Advertisement will appear in the next possible issue of the RIAC Journal. Please make checks payable to Wyle Laboratories/RIAC.

General Policies:

All advertisers are subject to publisher's approval and publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising. The advertiser and agency agree to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher, its officers, agents, and employees against all damages, costs, and expenses including, without limitation, attorney's fees resulting from any claim, action, or proceeding alleging that the advertisement infringes on any copyright, violates any right of privacy or other personal or property right, contains any libelous matter or other matter contrary to law or contains any formula or instructions injurious to the user of the product.

Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content (including text, representations, illustrations, sketches, maps, labels, trademarks, or other copyrighted matter) of advertisements printed and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against the publisher. Publisher is not liable for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery in the event of acts of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, or any condition beyond the control of the publisher affecting production or delivery in any manner.

The publisher reserves the right to insert the word "advertisement" in advertising that simulates the editorial format.
