Return Policy

1. Book(s) or CD(s) may be returned within 120 days of the invoice date with PRIOR APPROVAL ONLY.

2. Any book(s) or CD(s) returned must be in saleable condition (undamaged and in original shrink-wrap, if applicable).There must be no stamps, marks, stickers, etc., in/on the book(s).

3. The remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice must be included with your returned book(s) or CD(s).

4. Customer is responsible for return postage/shipping.

5. Credit will be issued for the amount of sale (full or discounted, as appropriate), LESS a restocking fee of 10% of the full book or CD price for each book or CD returned.

6. Any book(s) or CD(s) returned must be securely packed so as to avoid damage during return shipment. Wyle Laboratories/RIAC will not issue credit for book(s) or CD(s) returned in damaged condition.

7. Downloadable products are not returnable.
