Where do I get support?

I have had a support call open in your helpdesk now since the 25th Jan. So far I've had one response, "What version of Windows are you using?". Since then I have had no communication. The user that is waiting for this software is beginning to get annoyed, as am I.

I have updated the call to ask for an update with no response.
