Default LF: FR on LM2672-5.0/NOPB
I am trying to find the Failure Rate on this component (Step Down Voltage Regulator - LM2672-5.0/NOPB). I can't find anything on the vendor website (national semiconductor) as well as the spec sheet.

Contacting them directly yeilded no usable information.

Has anybody come across any failure rate data for this component?
