Default RiAC software reliability database?
Is there a database of failure rates for digital software I&C systems similiar to what you do for hardware item failures that could be used in probabilistic risk assessments (PRA) for software contributions to overall system risk. To help estimate probabilities for similiar complexity, code size, error rates, etc?
