Failure Rates

Hi I am a masters student, I am currently doing a optimization project on automotive air bags. I searched lot of books and journals i have not been able to get the failure rates for any of the components in an air bags. does anyone know from where i can get the failure rates for these components. I am in need of urgent help as i cant proceed in my project unless i get these values.
